You can actively and effectively monitor coil warehouse, semi-finished product warehouse, cardboard sheet warehouse, process-based warehouse, raw material and auxiliary material warehouses with mobile android handheld terminals on our ERP system. In addition, you can track all warehouse operations such as location, hall, shelf number.

As the products will be converted into orders by automatic transfer from the accepted offer module, you can also manually enter the order entries of the rpt works independent of the offer in a very detailed way. With our ERP software, you can effectively manage your deadlines with automatic deadlines or machine occupancy matrices for products that have been ordered. You can record all documents related to customer orders on the order form. At the same time, you can automatically send the order contract to the customer from within the module. On this module, you can also shape your approval setup with graphic approval, assembly approval and external production options, and you can create automatic purchase order information for semi-finished products or raw materials for orders.

Extremely simple and practical purchase order transactions are carried out in purchasing pools (sheet, size cardboard, acetate, cellophane, knives, clichés, etc.) that start with order-based and stock-based material demand structure and formed with automatic data. The price lists entered in the supplier cards and the pricing of the materials to be purchased are also realized automatically. In addition, automatic material demand and purchasing processes are operated effectively through MRP.

In our ERP system, we have 5 different planning modules: corrugated combined planning, offset combined planning, cut-to-size planning, production line planning and shipment planning. With process-based or machine-based definitions entered into the product route, both process workload queues and machine workload queues are formed. Planning operators perform production planning on machines in a very practical way. At the same time, it performs the machine changes of the planned jobs on the collective machine tracking screens in a very practical way.

Combined optimization process works in two different structures, corrugated and offset combined. In the corrugated combination system, the orders that are automatically transferred to the combination pools are matched with the determined extremely powerful engineering algorithms and the combination process is performed. In the offset combination system, automatic production combinations are realized by combining more than one different order with the specified control criteria. In this operation, which is carried out according to the combined product route, the process is operated without any problems, whether it is just up to printing or cutting if desired. These operations, which are in a full fuzzy logic structure, are some of the most powerful building blocks of the program with the powerful engineering algorithms developed.

There are 4 types of production stages in our ERP program. 1- manual production, 2- semi-online production, 3- digital automation system and on-line production automation system 4- production integration with direct machine. The system effectively monitors all production processes of the orders planned on the operator panels of the machines. With the data entries that occur in production, you can follow failure-downtime analysis, waste analysis, machine operation performance analysis, personnel and shift work analysis in a very effective way.

With the shipment and voyage tracking system, volumetric efficiency tracking of all shipments to be made is carried out effectively. Root structures, vehicle, voyage and forwarder information of all orders for which shipment has been planned are also effectively tracked. The delivery location, region and address information and the transportation cost structure are followed in detail.

In our ERP software, demand approval, purchase order approval and GKK (Input quality approval) approval systems of the purchased products are used effectively. In addition to these, our product approval, mold approval, plate approval, assembly approval, graphic approval, finance approval and sales order approval systems are also used effectively.

Although our ERP software works fully integrated with the official accounting programs we have written, it also has the feature of working fully integrated with Uyumsoft accounting programs with automatic transfers of all accounting records. It can also work fully integrated with many other programs, including SAP, which is 3rd party software.

While our finance modules cover all the modules that should be included in the preliminary accounting, they also have credit risk analysis follow-ups, summary active trial balance sheet, debt and collection aging systems, financial approval structures and extremely detailed reporting features.

You can actively follow up the periodic maintenance and failures of all machines in production. In addition to these, you can follow the life-long material, define the risk groups that the machine components will create, follow the faults of the parts repaired outside, and follow the warranty of the parts that are guaranteed.

In our quality management system, which also has process quality control, input quality control and production quality control structures, you can also follow up the product, make quality definitions according to the process structures. You can send the realized quality control records (UKK) together with the quality analysis certificates to the customer automatically during shipment.
